What is plasma cutting?
Plasma cutting is a process used to cut steel, aluminum and other metals using a powerful electric arc and compressed air. The compressed air blows the arc through the material at 20,000fps leaving only a smooth clean edge behind.

What is CNC?
CNC stands for "Computer Numeric Control". This term is used to refer to machinery that is under automated control, as opposed to manually by an operator.

Quality

FastCut CNC uses industrial grade components for every CNC plasma system built. All fastners, gears, belts, bearings, and cables all surpass the requirements for the task of plasma cutting. This insures years of continuous service for even the most demanding customers.

Technology

The new G5 Fabricator and Exporter are driven by closed-loop servo motors - increasing accuracy and repeatability. These motors also produce smooth, steady cutting speeds ranging from 5 to 500ipm. An automatic torch height control is standard on all tables.

Choices

FastCut CNC offers G5 tables in sizes starting at 4' x 8' all the way up to 10' x 20'. Exporters are available in 4' to 10' widths. Along with two tables models, there are numerous options such as a controller pedestal arm, torch head swivel, and laser cross-hairs to choose from.
